So Hollywood finally called. Some production company in Northern Los Angeles rang me up and left a message.
Aryanne, was doing some preliminary research for a documentary on ranches in Wyoming. She came across this web page and thought we were “doing some really cute things.”
I debated calling her back, but in the end curiosity got the better of me and I dialed her up.
Turns out, even though she found my WEB PAGE, she was still hoping that we lived like “the old west.” And Aryanne sounded terribly disappointed when I told her I had not actually participated in any recent range wars or cattle rustling.
(As if I would ever admit to that to a stranger! pft!)
Well there goes my Hollywood dream, huh? Just joking. I am pretty happy and far too busy the way things are!
In other big news … Guess what I crossed off my bucket list?!
Well truthfully it wasn’t ever on my bucket list, but if it were - it would be crossed off now!
I flew a plane!
I didn’t really love it. Remember how I mentioned my fear of heights last post. Yeah it didn’t go away… But I flew a plane! Go me!
Somebody got her first rodeo paycheck! She’s got the fever now!
And the last bit of major excitement is this: the puppies are starting to leave for their new homes. It may not be huge news for us here at the barnyard, but for the homes the puppies are headed to - everything is about to change!
I am so blessed to find the wonderful homes I have for my pups this time around and every time! Thank you guys!
