Cowley Spring Rodeo 2016
May 7, 2016

The first Saturday in May! The Cowley Spring Rodeo and the best weather ever! (I was afraid we would get drowned or blown away or something!)

But the weather was perfect!

And our horses bucked just fine.

And no one got hurt bad thanks to our fabulous pick up men.

Cross Roads gave it a good try.

While Billy the Kid just did what he does, stretch, buck, kick, stretch, buck, kick. Very classy!

Even Roland got in on the action on Saturday!

Awesome Sauce was full of spit. Or slobber. Or something.

Maybe he was just choking on the dust he was kicking up?

Gotta love the good wreck photos… He’s going down!

Good thing for our bull fighters, Eric and Ty!

Helping the bull riders out of the arena one cowboy at a time.

Or even one cowgirl at a time.
Thank you for joining us here at the barnyard! How is that for changing it up a bit? Happy rodeo season all!

Remember Sally?

She had her babies!

A little girl, Hannah.

And a little boy, Ian. (sorry April, we already have a horse named April)

They are nice, big cuties! And I have a little girl that is more than excited for the additions!

Cowley Spring Rodeo up next!
Thank you for joining us here at the barnyard! Cuteness time is up! Rodeo season is starting! Stay tuned for some bone crushing action! (Or something like that.)

These are Rainy x Jack puppies. They were born March 18. They will be heading to their new homes here shortly so I wanted to be sure to get photos of them before they started taking off!

The weather went from a damp, chilly 40 degrees, to a beautiful, sunny 80 degrees in the last week. (It is supposed to get chilly this weekend again.)

It was time to get these darlings out to stretch their legs! (Luke, Maci, Haley, Boone and Louie.)

And frolic! (Louie, Boone, Luke and Haley)

And run! (Boone)

And explore! (Rocco)

And make funny faces! (Remi)

And look like beautiful puppies! (Annabelle)

Warm, beautiful puppies! (Jezebelle)

Very happy, cooler, beautiful puppies! (Maci, Annabelle and Remi)

Beautiful puppy!
Thanks so much for stopping by the barnyard. I hope you enjoyed seeing the pups. I have one more cute post to put up, then I am going to get ready for this weekend! Till next time!
